My Sister's Wedding
I am back from my whirlwind trip out West for my sister's wedding. It was a beautiful event that simply overwhelmed me. With joy.
What was good:
Family members who I have not seen for years.
Old friends coming together. And really stepping up on Honor's day.
A whole new family to get to know.
Proud parents.
A happy sister.
A great new brother.
A partner on my arm whose love and support helped me keep it together -- Thank you, Corie.
And then there was the California sun. Beautiful flowers. Tasty Cake. Dancing to 80s music. A true celebration.
Congratulations to Honor and Jamie. You are both full of so much love and I think it is wonderful that you get to share your lives together.
Now, I want to see some nephews and nieces!

Me too. My dad said that he is getting his Holga film developed today. He will scan them. So we should see something in short order.
Don't know about the professional, but I have inquired.
Next time (or next big family event), I want to shoot some super-8.

I just showed my colleagues the beautiful moody pics. Wasn't that a pleasure. The dudes look like an old mafioso family. I want to show them you!Oh and I didn't say good bye so good bye. I hope we do see you in April as the rumors have it.

Virginia: I was sad we didn’t get to say goodbye too, but we will hopefully see you all soon. Tell Max we will definitely take him up on his offer of seeing some of L.A. best of street art.
