I miss that view from living down there... two years ago, when it was ultra cold, the ice got like that through almost the entire river and they couldn't run the ferries to New Jersey. A pain in the neck to get to work for me in those days, but very pretty.

I concur on that first pic. The pollution makes a hazy belt on the horizon, too, most transitional.
