Looks like an archaic game of tetris from this angle!

Just walked by this place today. They've totally ripped down the front of the building (even more so now than when this picture was taken).
The construction crew is mostly young Latinos with an Orthodox Jewish foreman.
Anybody know who owns it and what they're doing?

The permit that they have out front says 2 family residence. Pretty small for a two family residence, though.
