It is the Kosciusko Pool at the intersection of Marcy, DeKalb, Nostrand Avenues & Kosciusko Street on the edge of Bedford-Stuyvesant.

Sarcasm detected. And appreciated. Actually I know very little about it, but haven't got the time to do much research at the moment. Looks like a late 60s, early 70s public works...possibly earlier.
But what a great name. Bed-Stuy today feels very far away from the polish roots that this name suggests. You would expect a name like this in Greenpoint.
