Arthur at sea

Unknown subjects on an unknown sea
More here.
And a memory:
Once I woke in stillness. The rattle and shake of the overnight train had stopped. I climbed from my berth and heard water drip. I opened the cabin's door, walked down the passage and saw the train's open door.
The air was sour and stiff, the light dim and artificial. We were inside something large like a tunnel. I decided to take a look around.
A closet of a stairwell was lit to bright for me to ignore and I climbed. My cramped limbs awoke but my mind was still dreamy.
Then a heavy steel door. And I opened it. And there was the sea and the sky and a summer's morning chill on a Nordic sea.
I was alone up there, but now I can hear them laughing.

Very interesting.
The fashion is from the late 40s and 1950s.
They were all so young and happy.

A very interesting piece of writing and an equally interesting set of images.
